DESCRIPTION:The Steveston Tram museum transforms into the Winter Tram for the month of December – climb aboard and explore the history of interurban travel in Richmond. Don’t miss the junior tram conductor dress-up station and strike a pose with the historic tram\, all decked-out for the holidays! Open December 1 to 31 (closed Mondays and stat holidays) 10am to 4pm. Admission is free. \nWinter Tram kicks off with a tree-lighting ceremony on November 30 at 4pm hosted by Tourism Richmond. Come see Santa\, and enjoy some entertainment and light refreshments. \nJoin us for storytime on board historic Tram Car 1220\, with readings by the Richmond Public Library of “The Polar Express” on December 6 (Sat) and 14 (Sun) – reading times at 2\, 2:40 & 3:20pm.
