Discover new ways of teaching through unique and enriching learning experiences offered by Richmond’s museums and heritage sites at the brand new History Lab inside the Cultural Centre Annex.

Time:    9:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.
Cost:     $45 per person. Includes morning refreshments, lunch, and a chance to win a free field trip!

  • Tour the Richmond Museum’s latest exhibition, Richmond Kids, and sample activities from the exhibition field trip.
  • Explore and sample field trips and education kits offered by Richmond Museum and Britannia Shipyards, and get the chance to build the exclusive wooden boat that your students would make during the Britannia Boatbuilders workshop!
  • Get to know the Richmond Archives and how they can support teaching and learning with historical photographs and documents.
