Celebrate arts, cultures and heritage in our communities during Culture Days, with FREE events across B.C. from Sept 22 – Oct 15, 2023. Don’t miss our big weekend on Saturday October 7th, when the vintage Transit Museum bus rolls into the village with their exhibit on BC’s Transit history. All events are FREE and take place from 12pm to 4pm.

September 23, 24 and October 1: Passenger Portraits- Draw yourself or a friend as a passenger aboard Tram Car 1220.
October 7: Enjoy hands-on activities and crafts based around the Tram Car 1220 restoration project. Explore the 1957 vintage Transit Museum bus – a museum on wheels.
October 8: Have fun creating your own customized destination roll, a sign that tells passengers where the tram is going.
October 14 and 15: Explore Tram Car 1220 with a scavenger hunt suitable for kids of all ages.
