Welcome back Sahara Jane to Britannia Shipyards for an evening of music presented by the Steveston Folk Guild.

Sahara Jane is a multi-faceted musician blending influences from Afghanistan, Indian, and Canadian musical styles in a unique and uplifting way. She is a vocalist, composer and sarangi player. In her upcoming album, Something Good, Sahara Jane and rhythm master Ken Shorley have created a new soundscape of global electro-acoustic fusion.
